Oakhill has designs on 200,000 sq ft Nottingham offices
Walshingham Planning, acting for the Oakhill Group, has submitted a planning application for more than 200,000 sq ft of office space and 20,000 sq ft of commercial space at the former Ford car dealership on London Road in Nottingham. The scheme, which is adjacent to the stalled Eastside regeneration zone, will also include 150 parking spaces. It is thought that Oakhill wants to bring the scheme forward in phases; any work is dependent on the relocation of the nearby Nottingham City Council depot, which has already caused a block on the development of land owned by Chinese food retailer Wing Yip, also on London Road. CPMG Architects is working on the Oakhill scheme.
