Hovi set for a good year
Black Country property and investment company Hovi Developments is celebrating a record year after it increased its rent roll by nearly 10 per cent with 22 units totalling 85,000 sq ft being leased across the firm's near 1m sq ft portfolio in 2009. Hovi is enjoying a 98 per cent occupancy rate throughout the firm's seven estates in the Midlands. Hovi Developments' co-founders Ian Houghton and Chris Vincent, said the key to the firm's success is flexibility. "Without a doubt, 2009 has been a fantastic year for us - our best to date - and we are optimistic for continued growth in 2010,” they said.
