Scottish Widows buys Northants shed
Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Property Trust has bought a 331,568 sq ft warehouse on Swan Valley Park, Northampton from PMB Holdings for £27.5m. Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Scottish Widows, while PMB Holdings was jointly advised by M3 Agency and Phillips Roth & Co.
