Avon calling for Guerbet
Guerbet Laboratories, the UK subsidiary of Guerbet Group, has taken one of the last-remaining offices at Barteak Developments' Avon House in Solihull. The company, which specialises in the discovery and manufacture of contrast agents for medical imaging such as X-ray and MRI, has taken 1,830 sq ft on the third floor of the building, at a rent of £18 per sq ft. Guerbet Laboratories was established in 1994 and supplies contrast agents to more than 250 private and 500 NHS customers. The company has moved to Avon House from its previous location at Birmingham Business Park.
