Heb gets Gorgeous
Acting on behalf of Lloyds Pharmacy, Heb has secured the surrender of the chemist's head lease at 223-225 Main Street, Bulwell. Heb was instructed to dispose of the property following the demise of Card Warehouse. Alan Pearson, associate partner at Heb, said that due to overwhelming interest in the property, Heb secured favourable terms for the landlord on a new lease to Mr & Mrs Vernon trading as Get Me Gorgeous, which provided for the head lease surrender.
