Deal is the perfect ingredient for Regency
Regency Mowbray Company, a Staffordshire manufacturer of ingredients to the food industry, has bought Lea Green Foods of St Helens. The deal was funded with an asset-based lending refinancing package from Venture Structured Finance. The package came with a government-backed Enterprise Finance Guarantee loan.
