CALA secures land for £5.5m housing development
CALA Homes (Midlands), based in Birmingham, has exchanged contracts to acquire a 1.98 acre site in the village of Eckington, between Evesham and Tewkesbury, from a private landowner for an undisclosed sum. The site on Tewkesbury Road in Eckington already has outline planning permission for residential development. CALA Homes (Midlands) plans to apply for detailed planning permission for 26 houses on the site, which will be the last major development in the village for at least the next ten years, according to CALA.
