Indigo snaps up Easy Fit
Walsall-based window and doorframe manufacturer Indigo Products has bought the West Midlands conservatory firm Easy Fit. As we reported last week, Easy Fit, which boasted the largest conservatory showroom in the UK, went into administration. However, Indigo Products, which is part of Tradeframe Holdings, has completed a deal to take Easy Fit over. Its chief executive officer, Will Nicoll, said: "This acquisition complements our existing business by providing access to one of the largest conservatory retail outlets within the Midlands." Easy Fit is expected to be fully operational again by 4 January.
