Staffordshire property market on up
The past three months have seen the commercial property market in Staffordshire bounce back, with more than 650,000 sq ft of industrial and distribution space successfully leased. Among recent deals was Ceva Logistics putting pen to paper on an 150,000 sq ft warehouse on Barton 150 in East Staffordshire to use as a Rolls-Royce distribution centre, and Marks & Spencer relocating from its existing site at Radial Point to larger premises at Prologis Park, Stoke. John de Kanter, chief executive of inward investment body InStaffs, said: "This is the best period we've seen in ages for high-profile deal completions."
