Redevelopment on former Yates's site
A London-based property company, Tzedokoh Vechesed, is carrying out a major refurbishment that will see the creation of 14 apartments on the previously disused upper floors of the former Yates's Wine Lodge on the corner of Coventry's High Street and Hay Lane. The site has been empty since the venue closed last year. The fully refurbished 3,794 sq ft ground-floor unit is also available to let. David Penn, a director of Shortland Horne, which is joint agent for the scheme, said: "The property enjoys a very prominent location within the city centre, and it is no surprise that there is good interest."
