Pera set for facelift
Work is due to start on-site this month on major renovations at Melton-Mowbray-based Pera, the business-support organisation. The £3m project will see a total facelift of the entrances and façade of the Pera UK headquarters. The project involves replacing glazing and the complete external re-cladding of the two main buildings at the company's head offices in Nottingham Road. John Hill, chief executive of Pera, said that this significant investment in the East Midlands is a sign of Pera's ongoing commitment to the region and to the staff in Melton Mowbray.
