Equipoint goes down the service route
Developer Highcross is expanding its serviced-office space at its Equipoint scheme in South Yardley, Birmingham, after the arrival of seven new occupiers took existing facilities to full capacity. The companies were seeking space ranging from a single workstation to an office for nine staff, the latter taken by RAM Management Services. Other new occupiers include start-up recruitment firm Specialist Solutions UK, online bookstore Computer Manuals, Michael Stewart chartered surveyors and 2nd City Legal. Highcross is now increasing the serviced-office capacity, creating a further 35 to 45 workstations.
