Derby sees largest property deal in decade
Derby College has signed a long-term lease on a 93,000 sq ft building at The Point on Pride Park, the largest property deal in Derby for almost a decade. The Roundhouse Johnson Building is located within Cedar House Development’s £50m mixed-use development and will be the headquarters of Derby’s business arm, the Corporate College. Commercial property specialists Rigby & Co handled the lease. The freehold is owned by private investment trust owners St James’s Place, which was represented by Invista Real Estate Fund Management.
