RRBS backs care-homes expansion
Linden Care Homes, the Warwickshire-based care-home operator, has completed a £1m extension to one of its properties after securing funding from the Royal Bank of Scotland's specialist healthcare team. The project at Linden Lodge Nursing Home in Tamworth involved the construction of an 18-bedroom extension to the property, putting the total at 65, all of which are single rooms with en-suite facilities. Parent company Linden Care Homes owns and manages two other facilities: Linden Lodge Residential Home is also situated in Tamworth and provides residential accommodation for 34 people, while Merevale Grange in Nuneaton provides residential care for 18 people.
