High Carr Networkcentre adds two more
Network Space has signed two deals at its High Carr Networkcentre in Newcastle-under-Lyme, which sees the site become 100 per cent occupied. WaterSaver Labtaps, which supplies water, gas taps and safety equipment to laboratories, has taken 3,500 sq ft of workspace over two units on a three-year lease. Joining WaterSavers Labtaps are Spot on Truck Bar and an unnamed company, taking a 1,750 sq ft unit on a three-year lease and a 1,300 sq ft unit on a five-year lease, respectively.
