Finger lickin’ deal for SCCF
A cluster of KFC franchise outlets in North Devon and Somerset has been sold by Kram Restaurants for an undisclosed sum in a deal project-managed by Smith Cooper Corporate Finance (SCCF) on Haydn Road in Nottingham. The five KFC restaurants, which have sales of approximately £5m and are located at Taunton, Bridgwater, Barnstaple, Minehead and Weston-Super-Mare, pass to the acquirer, Herbel Restaurants Limited. Although the UK's largest operator of KFC franchise outlets with an extensive portfolio covering Ireland, Scotland and the Isle of Man, the latest acquisitions are Herbel's first KFC restaurants in England.
