Delph moves into Coventry market
Delph Group, the London property company whose portfolio includes
developments in Nottingham, Cardiff and Bristol, has bought Bishopsgate
Wharf, a waterside apartment scheme off Widdrington Road in Coventry.
Since the purchase, Richard Delph of the company says it has chalked up
a series of sales ahead of its official launch events on 12 and 14
November.
