Work starts to transform leisure centre
East Staffordshire Borough Council’s £5m transformation project of Meadowside Leisure Centre at Burton upon Trent has started on-site. The project, which has been designed by Midlands-based architects Maber working alongside Rok Building, aims to enhance the facilities at the centre and improve the entrance and public areas. The centre is due for completion in summer 2010.
