Edgbaston’s office market isn’t feeling blue
Jones Lang LaSalle has secured two occupiers at Cobalt Square on Hagley Road in Edgbaston, Birmingham. CBI, the UK's business lobby organisation, which took 1,442 sq ft on the 14th floor, has been joined by Countrywide Managing Agents, which has leased 1,259 sq ft of space on the same floor.
