Submission Guidelines

As part of the Terms & Conditions of booking a table at this event, we require you to confirm your guests details and any special dietary requirements no later than Friday 27th August 2010 via our online form to ensure they are listed on the event table plan and also within the event booklet on the night.

Spellings of names/company names will appear in the seating brochure as supplied to us. Insider will not take responsibility for checking spelling. If you do not supply Insider with your guest list within the required deadlines, the words "Guest of [your company]" will appear against your table.
