It gives me great pleasure to invite you to Insider’s Weston Property Debate, a business breakfast that will look at the development prospects of Weston-Super-Mare.

Following the rebuilding of the Grand Pier in 2010, the refurbishment of Weston Industrial Estate and the completion of seafront enhancements, 2012 promises to be a big year – St Modwen is busy with the Locking Parklands site and work on the Leisuredome development will start soon. The redevelopment of Dolphin Square is already taking shape, while progress is being made at Weston Gateway Business Park – and there is a huge amount of housing in the pipeline.
We will assemble a top-class panel for a Question Time-style debate that will examine what’s going on in Weston, what business opportunities will arise from it and what else needs to happen to make this the region’s biggest regeneration success story.
