Relocation – When? Where? For how much? And how?

Panel to include:
  • Simon Reynolds, senior director, GVA
  • Steve Widdowson, director, Magnus
  • Gavin King, associate interior designer, Sheppard Robson
  • Insider is delighted to announce a special breakfast event to get behind the often empty phrases you hear so much when it comes to relocating your business: “It’s a buyer’s market” “There’s no grade A supply” “The needs of the workforce are changing.”

We have assembled a top class panel including an adviser, a landlord, a workplace designer and a key regional end user, to give perspective from all parts of this issue, critical to any business at any time but even more so now.

What are business owners telling the industry they want from an office? Should the industry’s role be to respond to that, or to educate the occupier? What sort of choice is there in the market – is the lack of grade A space an issue? Can staying put work out? Is energy performance yet having an impact on rents, the time it takes to let a building, or on its sale price?

Our events are regularly over-subscribed therefore please register your interest as soon as possible. If you have been successful you will receive a confirmation email one week prior to the event. Please click here to register your interest.
