Insider Property Breakfast Liverpool 2008

Despite Liverpool’s rich musical heritage, the city had for years been lacking a venue large Insider Property Breakfast - An Audience with Bob Pratteyenough to attract major musical acts, arena sporting events and conferences. But, as a packed audience at Insider’s breakfast briefing heard, the new ACC Liverpool is fast delivering exactly what the city needs.

ACC Liverpool’s chief executive Bob Prattey told the assembled audience of more than 100 property and business professionals that the arena has been embraced by the city and is already surpassing ambitious targets that were set for it. “I think we’ve hit the ground running faster than we ever thought we would do,” he said.

“The Capital of Culture effect has obviously been very significant. Bob Prattey I think it has encouraged people to come in the first year rather than adopt a wait-and-see attitude and  hold off until years two or three. But  it’s clear that artists want to come and play Liverpool and the audience response for that has been unbelievable - the people of the city have really welcomed what we’re doing.”Liverpool Breakfast Barclays Commercial Roland Dransfield 20 Chapel Street Liverpool
