Cathy McLean, the director of RICS Wales, won an audience vote to be named Property Personality of the Year at the third Insider Property Awards Wales. McLean’s accolade rounded off an evening that saw the Ethos Group win Regeneration Development of the Year for the Ethos Project in Swansea and the Welsh Assembly Government and Neath Port Talbot Council pick up Property Deal of the Year for the Amazon distribution centre. Other winners included DTZ, Julian Hodge Bank, Loosemore Home, Knight Frank, Capita Symonds, Garrison Barclay, Arup and Geldards.
