Paul Guy, managing director of PMG Developments, won Property Personality of the Year at the second Insider Property Awards in Wales, thanks to the audience of 400 who used an interactive system to vote for him on the night. PMG also collected Property Deal of the Year for its acquisition of the NEG Glass manufacturing complex in Cardiff for £17.2m, a deal represented by agencies DTZ and Fletcher Morgan and funded by the Principality. Other winners in various categories included Eversheds, Bank of Scotland, Powell Dobson Architects, King Sturge, EJ Hales, Cooke & Arkwright, Dovey Estates and Baglan Energy Park.
