At the Insider Property Awards 2011 Michael Oglesby, chairman of Bruntwood and more recently of Manchester’s inward investment agency MIDAS, was crowned the Property Personality of the Year.
Oglesby more than anyone symbolizes how those who succeed in property can use their skills to benefit the wider community, a fact most recently made clear by his leading of the new £36m school building at Manchester institution Chetham’s School of Music. Michael is also a continued supporter of the Bruntwood Prize for playwriting at the Royal Exchange Theatre.
Insider is delighted to bring you an opportunity to hear from the man himself. This is a chance for property professionals to find out a bit more about a man who’s been quietly involved in so much of Manchester’s successes over the last 15 years.
