At the Insider Property Awards 2010 George Downing was crowned the Property Personality of the Year. His achievements through one of the toughest periods for the property industry made him a popular choice.
His business Downing also won the Property Deal of the Year with their letting of 220,000 sq ft to the UK Border Agency and Best Commercial Workspace Award for a £15m refurbishment project.
