Employers may be more comfortable with work-based training as it gives them a much better quality of ownership over the course, according to experts.
Bosses in such situations are able to deliver learning to the specifications of the job and make it more achievable for workers, who become motivated at the prospect of doing something which will advance them in the workplace.In this feature we’ll assess the range of courses available in the Midlands, and ask whether learning on the job is better than days off-site.
