The recent sale by developer Stoford of its yet to be completed All Saints office development in West Bromwich shows a level of confidence in the sub-region’s commercial property sector.
Industrial developers are displaying a similar level of confidence by searching out industrial land around Sandwell and Dudley for large-scale distribution purposes.
Elsewhere, key regeneration projects, such as those in Walsall, are continuing to bring new life into the area.
