If you’re a would-be occupier looking for a new home, how do you go about finding it? In this feature, we look at the property search facilities available – often, but not exclusively, from the public sector – and speak to those who have used them to find out how well they work.
Given that in cities such as Birmingham, a plethora of space is available in the office market and a good number of large ‘sheds’ in the region are still seeking occupiers, one would have thought that the search process should be fairly straightforward.
We test this theory and compare and contrast the search sites.
